On paper, every Bulgarian citizen has the right to apply to the court to decide his case

On paper, every Bulgarian citizen has the right to apply to the court to decide his case - with other individuals and organizations with the administration or the state as a whole. But whether in fact is the same? As we saw in "inaccessible justice", there are many obstacles to the actual realization of access to justice. Why is that? Can we improve access to justice in the country and how can this be done?

Conversation on these and many other issues was held in the discussion "Access to Law" with:

1. Konstantin Penchev - Constitutional Judge, former Ombudsman of the Republic of Bulgaria and Chairman of the Supreme Administrative Court.

2. Albena Komitova - a lawyer, mediator, Centre for Dispute Resolution.

3. Ivailo Danov - lawyer, arbitrator, mediator, member of the Bar Council of the Sofia Bar Association.
