This year, we dedicate our agenda to the ideas and people who create solutions for sustainable living and economy with respect for nature using the tools and standards of the 21st century.
What do we want Bulgaria to be tomorrow, in 5, 10, or 30 years?
Why is long-term planning with a vision important for the country's success?
What is a green restart and why can we no longer postpone the green and digital transformation of the Bulgarian economy and society?
A few days ahead of the snap elections, we invite you to a special Roundtable dedicated to the future of Bulgaria, which we are creating together through our actions today. The discussion is organized by the coalition of civil society organizations Green Restart which is initiated by MOVE.BG and also WWF Bulgaria, Greenpeace-Bulgaria, and the "Institute for Circular Economy".
On July 1, experts from the Coalition will discuss how to turn Bulgaria into one of the green and digital leaders in Europe with representatives of the six leading parties - Citizens for European Development of Bulgaria (GERB), "There is Such a People", Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP), Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF), "Democratic Bulgaria" and "Stand up!" Mafia out!".
From 11:00 until 12:30 we will discuss three important topics:
- Innovative economic development as a key for transformation of the Bulgarian economy;
- Climate change and energy transition;
- The protection of the environment and the biological diversity in our country.
At the Roundtable of the future, there is a place for everyone: politicians, experts, entrepreneurs, scientists. There is a place for you too. The discussion will be open to questions from the audience.
The future history of #Bulgaria depends on you. Join us. The event will be broadcast live on Facebook and YouTube accounts of MOVE.BG.
